"Took a Santa suit there to get cleaned for the season and took home. Went to put on the pants and there was a large stain, looks like a dry cleaning solution stain on one leg. The stain had been folded inside so you couldn't see it at first glance unless you unfolded them. Pants were not stained at all before they were took there. When we took them back they refused to admit it was their mistake and refused to do anything about it. Granted they were still in the plastic cover until the day of a photo shoot. Thank goodness there was a spare pair at home to wear. Won't be taking anything back there, no matter what the other reviews say. They can't even admit they screwed up, not a good way to do business."
