"I called about a couple tires for my boat trailer. I called several tires shops in the area and no one had these in stock. When I called here I was happy to hear that he did have the tires I needed in stock. They were able to get the new tires mounted very quickly. The price was great as well. Seemed like a typical small town tire shop with some great southern hospitality. I would absolutely recommend and do business here again"

"STAY AWAY! Traveling through this area I stopped here to change my tire. Very unprofessional and rude. As a Military Veteran who served 3 tours: Iraq (OIF3-5, and Oif 7) and Afghanistan (OEF). I've never been treated so poorly from 2 men, particularly from a "military community". I thought it would be safe to stop here and get assistance. Then I simply asked do they offer Military Discounts (general question), but they looked at me rudely. They charged me over $100 for 1 tire, with no paperwork showing me the type of tire (new or used) and no information informing me on the type of warranty that may come with it. BIG SCAM! No posted list of prices for customers, which allows this buisness to take advantage of anyone they feel has money. I'm unsure why I was treated so poorly. I was raised from a good home, so I respected them as my elders. I just encourage Everyone to STAY AWAY, please... Find Texaco here, their reviews are more encouraging. God bless you all."

"It's an absolute shame what some business owners have come to and won't do there's a friend of mine who was handicapped and disabled broke down and Heflin Alabama with a flat tire he get to the tire shop he has no money and I am trying to pay the tire shop to put his tire on and get him back on the road because he's disabled and this business owner says it's too much trouble to take my debit card over the phone $35 for a tire is not worth him having to run a credit card over the phone I think that absolutely ridiculous and if anybody uses Cleburne Tire in Heflin Alabama they might want to rethink their business this man goes to work every day to try to scrape by he's a double amputee and has all kind of medical problems but this business owner is too lazy to Take 5 minutes to run somebody's debit card or credit card over the phone so the man's not having to try to drive on a flat tire"

"Has been very rude the past 5 times I have visited this location. This last time I stopped by, he said he could not pump my tire up because he would have to turn on the compressor. I was even willing to pay him for a service they dont usually charge for. My dad has been self employed for 25+ years, that by no means is how you run a business. I will NOT be back. Go to the Texaco instead."
