"I was stopping in there regularly to pick up prepared food for lunch. Food is prepared and sitting behind the counter. But they would not allow me to purchase until after 11 am. I won't be in the area at 11. I won't spend another dollar at this location!"

"I purchased 3 gallons of gas, hours later I see Chevron has debited my card/ account $175. I call to discuss this with someone at the store, I get a rehearesed line about some banks will put a hold on my account... my bank does not inflictict this confusion on me. So whose bank allowed this. The attendant was of zero help."

"I came out of church yesterday and noticed a screw in my tire. I went to the gas station to fill it with air. The machine was $1.50! I only had two quarters. I went in to talk with the cashier about the possibility of buying something and getting 4 quarters back. She was so nice and helpful. She apologized that they couldn’t do anything like that, but pulled 4 quarters out of the drawer and said she would take care of it. Told me happy new year and let me go fill my tire. This was not expected and was more than what she needed to do. This is the kind of customer service that creates lifelong customers. Her $1 donation to me secured my business and loyalty for years to come. Thank you!"

"Clean, some food options inside. I give this gas station five stars because of it's relevance in this high context culture of the hills. If you see people sitting (smoking) on benches outside this establishment be sure to say hello on your way in, and again on the way out. If they invite you to a conversation with a question, stop and talk for a minute about fishing or the weather. The rarity of that availability is one of the gems people tend to overlook when stopping at this cornerstone for gas."
