"Price was 3 times my quote. I added tile to be cleaned and it was done poorly. Carpets were cleaned except around the baseboards. They were not cleaned at all on my carpet and my stairs. They left the furniture out where they moved it and some places weren’t cleaned at all. One of the workers was very rude. I contacted the business to complain. Owner was very nice and said she’d take care of it. She never called me back. I later found out the rude worker was her brother. Way too much money for the service. Don’t use this company."

"Totally unprofessional and dishonest. Had just vacuumed rooms before they started. One service person went upstairs to clean and told us not to walk on it so I did not see it until a couple of hours later. They left a huge black trailing mark on the carpet that is permanent! Contacted the owner who was suppose to meet me. Never showed up or called. Service person actually lied to my face and said the stain was already there. They COST me money by destroying the carpet!!!! DONT USE!!!!"

"The Sears Carpet Cleaning Service in Beckley WV quoted me a price to clean two rooms and my stairwell. When they arrived, I was told the price was much higher. I called the office and they were rude. Frank, the carpet cleaner, was helpful and respectful. I would caution you to get their quote for services in writing, not trustworthy."

"The price beats any other commercial cleaning crew in the area by far. As for the service, it's excellent. The crew was early, polite, and professional. They followed the 10 step process, which you can look at on youtube like I did. The pre-treatment that they use is amazing and they are the only service who does this. It makes a huge difference. I have used Stanley Steamer, Serve Pro, and a few other commercial groups. Needless to say I will be using them fron now on. I wish I had a bfore and after picture. The carpet is a white/creamish color that has bot been cleaned in years. It looks all most new now! I paid $89.99 for 3 rooms and 18.99 x 3 for the rooms for $146 not including tax."
