"I called Servpro hours after my basement flooded due to a burst water pipe. I was told that Servpro was backed up with too many appointments and that I would be put on a "waiting list" for a call back in a few days. Servpro did not call me back, so I called them back, only to be told that there was no record of my original phone call. Once again, I was promised a call back in a couple of days. I received an automated email, but never any call. I called Servpro again and was told by a newly hired operator that I'd have a call back from a technician that day. There was never any call back. In the end, I had to do the water removal and mitigation myself with my own hired crew. Don't be fooled by the "24 hour service" slogan, that only refers to the operator who will answer your phone call 24 hours per day."
