"Requested service via call and was told to text my address- I told her over the phone and was told it would be around 15-20 mins as they are located on Burnt Mountain. Texted the address as asked and even gave detailed instructions. No text back. I called maybe 45 mins after being told it would only be 20 mins and she advised they were running behind but they were on their way. After an hour and 10 mins I texted again asking if they were ok and still on the way- no answer again. At that point she stopped answering her calls as well. Would never recommend to anyone. Save your time and money!!"

"This company is trying to scam me asking for taxi money and I don't even live in the USA. I have reported this to paypal as fraud. They want $150 from me. I live in the UK and have never been to Georgia. Yes I have proof I don't live in the USA as so do PayPal. I think someone is trying to scam you with my email address. I live in Chesterfield, Derbyshire in England. That picture of me is in the Peak District in England. Everything you are saying about a cat and s fire is all totally alien to me."

They drove my sister and I back home, which was an hour's drive away in Gainesville. It was a comfortable, relaxing ride after my horrendous experience, and the driver was both personable and professional. I cannot give the driver enough praise.
