"Super nice guy and very eager to work. Returned my call the same day and came out for estimate the same day. $75 for a quote. Stated he could do a very large job which included carpentry, electric and plumbing for $600 labor which is likely very under what is normally charged. Seemed fairly knowledgeable on most things. Unfortunately, many red flags lead me to google him and apparently at some point has had to fake his own death. Or has ticked someone off enough that they are trying to ruin him. Either way I’m not sure. The obituary indeed was his picture and correct name and everything. Googled his Facebook and it appears he may have some life issues that portray him to be at a unstable place in life. Again super nice person I felt bad for him but overall seems risky. I’d maybe give him a shot for a small job or if he was already a friend of mine and I knew he was responsible but for a big job like I have I can’t risk it. I think he has great potential to do well in his career and he may actually do excellent work I’m not sure we just didn’t feel the safest choosing him to do our work."
