"I have been going to Charlotte's place for some years now, mostly for routine checks sometimes when the need arose and i have always been happy with them. 11/27/2018 update: had a chipmunk nest in the engine bay, and a chowed wire causing the check engine light to come on. The dealership wanted to inspect and clean the whole wiring and would not attempt fixing until i talk to my insurance - probably to decide how much they can expand the scope of labor. Moss Automotive had me in on short notice and 2 hours later i picked up my fixed car for a lot less than my insurance deductible."
