Reviews of The UPS Store
"I would give this review negative stars if possible. Simply went in to return some equipment and was scolded for walking one step past the first register, which immediately put me on the defense. The lady was extremely rude to me the entire time I was there for no reason. Awful smart aleck mouth for someone who deals with the public. Heads up to whoever owns this UPS Store. You need to immediately take notice of your staff because apparently, they don’t like providing customer service. Disgraceful to say the least, should be terminated immediately."
"Friendly, fast service Everone seemed like family,to each other and to customers.Even 1 employee was singing Christmas Carols to the radio which seemed to envelope the atmosphere with Joy. Great job guys"
"First of all, everyone should have to work with the public for at least 6 months before giving a review on customer service, as it is probably one of the most rewarding and yet sometimes, most challenging jobs ever. I have been coming to this location for 6 years now, and for the most part, the customer service does seem to be improving recently. It has been, honestly hit or miss. Over the years, I walk in with a smile, but I am calculating whether or not they will be in a good mood or not. Like I said, it is getting better. However, I will always remember when I sent six Christmas cards via USPS to England using this UPS location. The only reason I used them was because I had other packages and didn't feel like making the extra trip to post office. It cost 31 dollars to send it. 10 weeks after Christmas, they were returned to me, and they had gone all around the world with the exception of England and couldn't be delivered. I talked to the uPS store owner and the store manager. The owner assured me I'd get my money back after he made a claim with post office. He then said the post office was giving him the run around but he was going up the kadder to get itvresolved. He kept asking me to come back and check and after about the 4th time of being told he wasn't there, but they would have him call me, and several times of trying to reach him by phone, I decided he must of needed the $31 more than I did and gave up. However, that is the lasting impression I have of this place. The employees are nice enough for most part, but the owner is not a person of his word. Hopefully, the employees will continue to be friendly to their customers, though."
"The employees get the job done but aren’t very professional. I’ve been here a few times and each time they never greet me with a hello or good day. It usually starts out with, where’s it going? No “thank you” or “have a nice day” at the end of the transaction either. The employees will continue having conversations among themselves about non business related topics making the customer (or at least me) feel as though they are not providing me with their full attention while processing my items. In summary it’s really a matter of customer service that seems to be lacking. I’ve used the store several times since moving to the area but was actually trying to find a FedEx location to ship next time in hopes of a better experience."
"I read the reviews from months ago and all I can say is they must have hired some new people because the last two times I’ve been there have been great! All the people there were nice but I want to point out one young man that goes above and beyond to help, acknowledges everyone that comes thru the door, smiles and compliments folks and makes their day a little better! He reminds me of how customer service used to be and should be again."
