"I had fingerprinting done there in August. I called before I arrived to verify that they were open. The man who answered was very nice and helpful. The female employee who took my fingerprints that day was not super friendly; just okay. My company had trouble locating the fingerprint report a couple of weeks later, so it turned into a long process of me contacting IdentoGo and the Tennessee Bureau of Investiagation to see where the report was. For the sake of future customers, it would be helpful if store personnel had better access to LIVE IdentoGo customer service when there are issues with a customer's fingerprint and background check report."
