"The service on holidays is usually mixed and the drivers that normally come here may be off on Saturday and they don't even pick up our trash. When the regular driver is here you can expect it to be picked up.Thank goodness for the regular drivers they get the job done right."

"Too many missed pick ups. I have a 96 gallon can on wheels which is always placed in the same spot on the shoulder of the road, all cardboard broken down and tied together, yet my trash regularly gets missed."

"My pick up guy does a good job. I wish we could just put items out not in garbage bags and have them picked up instead of doing a special request. Nothing huge but just not in a garbage bag. Plus, I wish my pick up guy would close my garbage can lids. When it rains the containers fill up with rain."
