"Beware - Mahmut says he will come back and fix things, but he doesn’t. When installing new gutters and downspouts on our house, they ran out of the right size and color of downspout. They first tried to convince me that the mismatched color downspout would somehow look better… When I insisted on the whole downspout being the same color (crazy concept right) Mahmut and his foreman assured me that they would be back, and with heavy rains coming the next day, I agreed to let them install the uncut mismatched downspout. Two months have gone by, and Mahmut continues to dodge me - it’s clear he doesn’t intend on following through on his promise to make my gutters match. It’s a cut-rate outfit, don’t hand them a check until everything is right."
