If there was something I had missed it was like I was being scolded and acted as if it was an inconvenience for her to take care of the issue. This year I did my own taxes for free on the website and it was so easy. The only thing I needed to finish up was my AGI which was on my previous return paperwork. When i called to get that number I was informed that she couldn't give me that number and if I "wanted to come in and pay for another copy of the return" that's the only way i could get what i needed.
