"My family has given our business to Taylor's for many years, and have always been satisfied with all of the services provided. However, as of late, Taylor's tire is not what it used to be. Brought my car in, and requested an oil change, tire rotation, front brakes, and change a bad O2 sensor that I told them up front that it was bad. I received a call stating my car was ready. Well, It was not. They rotated my tires and changed the oil. That's it. I was told that the brakes are fine. The brakes were not fine. They shook, and squealed like crazy. But, I needed my car, so I decided to take it, and just change the brakes myself at a later time. Well that time came, and I was removing the first wheel ( with a lug wrench), when I discovered that they had cross threaded one of my lug nuts, and obviously destroyed the lug, but i was able to get it off. Went to the other side, and guess what...same thing cross threaded lug nut. This one decided to snap the lug off. This is super frustrating, and more money out of my pocket. At the very least, train your guys to start lug nuts by hand, and not rely on impact guns for everything! I haven't taken the rear wheels off yet, but I won't be surprised to see the same has been done to them. This was the last straw for me and the family. I know were just a drop in the bucket for their business, but they are not what they used to be."
