"After 2 visits and 3 unreturned phone calls, I gave up on this place, after being asked to return YET AGAIN for another consult. I file individual taxes with a few rental properties and personal investments - my taxes are not that complicated. I don't think they'll scam you, they're just horribly inefficient without any customer service. Plus, it's 2016, & they're still doing tax calculations by hand. I was sitting there dictating my data, wondering why I wasn't at home on Turbotax... I found another recommended accountant at Newlin Associates who sat down with me one time for an hour and some change, and knocked out my return with an electronic tax program. And, the price was actually $40 less than Sanders. This place did nothing for me but waste hours of my time - say, can I write that off on my taxes next year?"
