Sky Zone Trampoline Park

"Since changing to Sky zone, I feel this jump park has only gotten better! We just had my daughter’s 9th birthday there today. It was great from start to finish! First, every single employee was so extremely nice and helpful. I spoke with Shawn 2 days before the party and not only was he extremely helpful then; he was great on the party day as well. I feel terrible because I can’t remember our hostess names but she was wonderful as well! She was so helpful and so kind to everyone! The jump park itself I feel like is much cleaner than it used to be and the kids had a blast!"

"UPDATE: because we aren't using the membership at the moment, we decided to cancel it for the time being. We couldn't locate the 'member number', and we needed to have it in order to cancel, so we called the establishment and emailed for nearly 2 weeks. Every time we called, there was no answer (during business hours), so we left voicemails. We got no reply to our voicemails or emails, so finally we went up to the center to get the number. "Coincidentally", they had "just charged our fee", on the day we came to check. Although there was ample evidence that we had attempted to cancel for nearly 1/2 a month, they refused to refund the fee after several conversations with both local as well as corporate management. This left a very bad taste in my mouth, so I will not be rejoining when summer comes, and instead will get a membership with their competitor, who has a more transparent membership cancellation policy. BEWARE: After speaking with other parents, this seems to be common: phone calls are not returned/answered and people get charged when they are attempting to cancel, after which management is unwilling to refund the fee. Changed rating from 4 to 2 stars. (original review) This is a great jump park to take your kids. We have a membership, which makes it cheap to come. Since the change of management, this place is much much cleaner as well, and their staff keeps a watchful eye as kids jump. This is one of our child's favorite places to come for birthday parties as well. Sometimes, as a parent, you can jump with your kid. Or if you prefer, you can sit in a massage chair and watch your kid run around. Not a bad deal."

"The kids loved playing here. They don't party as hard as the trampoline park in Fort Oglethorpe but it was still a lot of fun."

"oh my good gosh! what can i say about this place that hasn’t already been said? i brought my 4 kids and had the best time of our lives! I will say the best part hands down had to be the service KAMRYN provided! she went out of her way multiple times to make sure everything was okay and we were all taken care of. as a widowed father of 4 i loved it! 1000/10 would recommend coming by just to see her! she made my day, no, my week. i appreciate her so much and i will return to give this company my business time and time again just because of her!"

"I was looking for somewhere fun to take my son for the summer, and this place did not disappoint. I was going to get the day pass but they said it would be cheaper per month to sign up for the monthly membership and it has unlimited days you can go during the week. Unlimited jumping for less than the price of day? Sign me up! It is super fun for the kids and gets all that energy out. The music plays pretty loud but is overall not offensive to my fairly conservative ears and can really hype them up to move. I feel like I get my mom points for the day when I bring them here."
