"They had my vehicle way too long (about 2 months the first time) for such a minor collision. Got my vehicle back and it had 2 issues.. The 4 wheel drive was grinding on the side of the collision and the remote start didn't work. They promised they would make it right (which deserves 5 stars) but,they only fixed one problem and told me the remote start was because of a faulty ignition switch. This is of course out of the scope of what the insurance would cover. Also if the switch was faulty why did it work before the collision. I find that they left a sensor switch off under the hood that should be secured to the very fender they repaired (which is within the scope of the claim). I had to fix this issue... in the end the remote start works. But they blamed their negligence on a faulty ignition switch. They were given multiple opportunities to make it right and after 2-1/2 months (both times they had the vehicle included) they had plenty of time to check and double check the little things that make this right. They did great on most things but the details matter. That is why I only gave 3 stars. I would use them again but, I would check their work to make sure they do what they are supposed to."
