"I would not recommend this place, as a Manufacturer of convertible tops this trim shop has ordered tops from us without paying. we have called several times, they hang up the phone in our faces. We made sure when he needed his items they were shipped on time and he screwed us at the end. we will post on all social media platforms about his services."

"Put 500 dollar deposit down and James said he would order my top that same day and it would arrive in 2 or 3 days. The next two weeks i called twice and asked for an update and they say it just hasnt shown up yet. I go in to get my deposit back because obviously i need to get this done elsewhere, james tries to slick order the top overnight next day trying to keep my business right in front of me. So you never ordered the part, lied about when its coming in, then try to order one right in front of me. No thanks"

"I used Topless Auto for a sunroof repair for my Volvo. My vehicle was left at this business for a week, every time I called to check on my vehicle they would tell me that it was being worked on at that moment. This went on for days. When I finally got my car back I found that everything in my center console had been rifled through and thrown in the backseat. I have a two year old son & a five year old son and the diaper bag that I alway leave in the car had also been gone through. There was nothing of value taken. But my children's medicine bag and thermometer had been taken out and shoved under the passenger seat. Multiple things from the bag had been removed. It was an extremely frustrating feeling to have your personal items gone through. Especially my children’s things. It’s a violation of privacy & decency & not the kind of business I would want anyone to spend their hard earned money at. I called and reported this to James Thompson, the store owner, who said there was nothing he could do. I feel very strongly that you should be cautious if you decide to use this business. They have very little regard for your personal item. I regret using them and would hate for anyone to have the same experience I had."

"He is a super friendly guy. They did an amazing job on replacing the convertible frame on my mustang. He even went out of his way to try to fix something that wasn't even part if the initial job. The best part he has great prices. We drove 3 hours for his shop and will definitely be doing it again for some seat repairs."
