"My apologies for the review that I give your service department. I was so un happy with Dodge and unhappy with the person that answered the phone I think his name may have been Tyler but not sure. But I called 2 days in a row and both days I got the same answer from him. We have not got to it yet. So I called on Thursday spoke with a lady and that's when I was told that it would be 3 weeks before it would be ready. I ask her what I was supposed to do for a car. I ask if y'all had a loaner she said that was not up to y'all to furnish is a car. My wife and myself lived on $1500.00 a month. Paying $630.00 plus our car payment really made the rest of this month hard. I am truly sorry for my bitterness sir but I was very upset and when that survey came up I just lost it. I truly thank you for getting someone to go pickup the part to get my car back on the road ."
