"My sister broke down in Jasper, TN while traveling to Illinois. Her car needed a new alternator, which had to be ordered. The gentleman at Jasper Auto referred her to a tow truck driver and took car of the repairs on her car the next day, and very reasonably priced!! Thank you so much for taking care of my sister!!"

"Awesome service- traveling through town and my truck started overheating, I knew I needed a new radiator so stopped and called Jasper Auto— Ed made us an appointment for 7am the next morning— we arrived with camper in tow— he allowed us to just keep camper attached and hang out! He was finished with the job in an hour and half and we were back on the road! (He even stopped traffic so we could back out). Very nice and professional service!"

"Had a neighbor that had 97 s10 in 2017 needed a starter and he took it to jasper auto for replacement and then in 2021 the starter he replaced went out again and took back to jasper auto for replacement and then 2023 starter went out again and he left 1 of 2 bolts in it out and the only bolt in it was finger tight! Ed made a lot of money and he isn’t even a talking horse! Wouldn’t let him work on my bike!"

"I called him first to see how much he would charge to see what was wrong with my driver side window that was crooked. It would roll up and down fine , just crooked. He told me he would look at it free of charge. So few days later I took it to him. I then asked again the same question an he gave me same answer. I then told him twice to not do anything to it without contacting me with a price. I'm a single mom and don't have a lot of money. He said okay. Next day later that evening he called me and told me it needed a new motor/regulator and that it was fixed and it was $300 and something. Not once Did he call to let me know before he done anything. We had words. I was so mad. He lied. I ended up making a deal for $200 with no paperwork. I got there and he showed me a picture of a small rubber piece that's connected to the bottom of the window. It was broken and he used some kind of seal stuff on it instead of replacing it. He told me to go to a place in sp an see if they could order that piece.Now a few weeks later my window is crooked again. I didn't even need the motor/regulator. He should of replaced that piece. I've done my research this time. I will never take my car to him. Do not go to this place. He's a grouchy man and he lies. He took advantage of me. I had nobody else to do it. Lesson learned. Do research before you take it anywhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Use your money elsewhere."

"A few months back, my radiator blew at ~ 7:15 AM on the interstate just north of Jasper. When the cool tow guy arrived, I asked him to take it to the best local auto repair shop. After the new radiator arrived, they fixed me up and had me on the road again by the afternoon. I can't thank them enough. I now know a few of the best places in Jasper, TN. Great people!"
