Tonight we decided to Make the exception and go there anyways. Pizza was perfect! And pick up was super easy and the lady behind the counter was super friendly"

"Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! It took several hours of calling just to get a refund for the order that was never delivered. The managers I talked to were rude and argumentative, told me I ordered a personal pan pizza when I have the confirmation email showing 2 medium pizzas. They even refused to refund, then agreed to refund all but the tip we pre-paid. Why would I want to tip for food I never got? Finally they gave us a full refund, but why did it take so much? Pizza hut messed up and refused to accept responsibility."

"I paid 71 dollars for this 2 wings and breadstixks and pan pizza and I got chicken tenders with "dry Rub" and one actual wing.. bread sticks with a large pan which is obviously NOT pan won't order anything from pizza hut on hixson pike hixson tn. This is unexceptable and just robbery!!!wouldn't even give a star if it was an option. We only ate 1 pc of the pizza for dinner 71 dollars keep your money people go to Domino's better quality better price.."
