"Horrible pizza. I honestly would have enjoyed a store bought pizza 100x more. Got stuffed crust with very little cheese. Wasn’t totally burnt, but I’ve never in 30 years got a pizza that was that brown. never again"

"Purchased a med. pizza plus some chicken wings with honey barbeque sauce. I live 10 minutes from the store. By the time I arrived home. The pizza was cold and the crust was very flat. About a 1/8" thick in the center. I have always been a fan of this Pizza chain. I guess its time to change to another. Very disappointed to say the least."

"Ordered a pizza for delivery. Hour and a half later, still no pizza. I called the store and they told me driver was on the way. 20 mins later and still no pizza. We ended up driving the 1.8 miles to pick it up from the store. Absolutely ridiculous and zero excuses. I cannot believe a store that's 1.8 miles from my location took almost 2 hours to get. They gave no reason why the pizza was still sitting in the warmer after being told it was "on its way". No refund and still charged the delivery fee. DO NOT GO HERE."

"We love pizza Hut! I've been eating at one pizza hut or another since I was probably 5. My dad use to take me every Tuesday so I could use my book it rewards (this was back in the 80s). I remember it well. My cousin would come along. My dad would give us quarters for the jukebox and we'd play in a small arcade our local pizza hut had. So great memories. Never an issue with customer service at all!"

"Ordered the bbq chicken pizza as I have a couple of time this weeks since I tried it earlier in the week and absolutely loved it!! Tonight when I got my pizza it had absolutely no bbq sauce at all, I went back and told them just because it wasn’t fit to eat, I work in food and I don’t complain unless it’s absolutely necessary! He told me he would have a new one made And this was my new one, I didn’t want a sloppy pizza I couldn’t eat. I wanted the normal sauce that came on it."
