Domino's Pizza

"Ordered a regular chicken, bacon, and ranch sub. Smelled something funny I found a small piece of pepper took it off. Checked the rest of the sandwich everything looked fine. Ate part of the sandwich and then the whole thing tasted like pepper"

"Ordered pizza via the mobile app. App said it would take around 30mins. After 30mins arrived at the store and was told to pull around front and wait. After 20 more mins still no pizza. Went inside and was informed that pizzas were taking about an hour to complete. Suggestion to store management would be that time on the app and your in store displays should reflect factual data. Customer service rep was also rude when asked about what was taking so long."

"Pulled up to get order that was placed online, no one in lobby or parking lot, the guy at register was doing something on computer. I watched 4 people pull into parking lot, go inside, receive service and leave, by the time he decided to check drive through there were 6 vehicles behind me. When ask about it, the worker got hateful and only wanted my name, no need I won't be back! Terrible customer service!"

"It's hit or miss. That's why I'm giving it two stars. If I could give 2 1/2, I would. I think it just depends on who's working that day/night. I'm going to learn how to make my own pizza, because every time I order from here, it just seems to get worse over time. From pizza full of air pockets, to getting the wrong food, to drivers not reading instructions. It just seems to progressively get worse the more time passes by. This isn't JUST about this past delivery I got. It's been an ongoing issue. Like I said, I'm just going to start making my own, and stop being so fat that I have to order from the only pizza place that really delivers (not counting Door Dash). Also, for the delivery drivers everywhere, not just Dominos: If a door swings outward, don't put the food directly in front of the door."

"Super Bowl Sunday at 5pm, and We picked up our pizza hot and perfectly made exactly when they said it would be ready. (Which was 20 minutes from the time I ordered)"
