Domino's Pizza 206 North Main Street, LaFayette, GA 30728

"Called to place an order for delivery on 2/9 at 6:18 pm - person took my name, address, phone number, and credit card information. At 7:34 pm, I called to see where my order was and was told the order was canceled because I wasn't in their delivery zone, of course I asked...why didn't someone call me to tell me that. Well, I called this evening to speak with a manager to share how dissatisfied I was with their customer service. Well...Cheyenne stated she couldn't find any record of me placing an order and she was very busy and HUNG UP. Wow!!! Guess I'll continue to order from Pizza Hut."

"Ordered at 6:20pm was supposed to be ready nlt 6:57. Called at 7:05 and was told there was a 38 min wait on all orders. They promised 10 more mins on mine. 7:25 no pizza. They finally brought it out and when I got home, 1 1/2 miles away, the pizza crust was burned and pizza was cold. We'll go back to Little Caesars where service and food is much better. I refuse to be treated so badly where I spend my money. I forgot to mention the fact that when I called to find out about my order I was told they had other customers to take care of. There is a lot more to this experience but no room to document for others to read about. HORRIBLE Experience"

"I have sat in the drive through for 25 minutes with my pizza being done the whole time... everyone in lobby is leaving with their pizza while everyone in the drive through is getting forgotten and backing up into main Street. Currently I'm not sure if I'll ever get my pizza or if I will be able to leave this parking lot."
