"We contacted Keith for a quote on installing HVAC system in our older house that did NOT have central AC . The install included adding 3 new vents in the upstairs and moving 2 vents in other rooms. Keith came out in just a few days of us connecting him. He sent the quote just a few days after first meeting. We had some additional questions. He came back to our house with his installers to answer our questions. They did not rush through our meeting. Stayed and talked till we felt comfortable with what was going to happen. He worked with our schedule for installation. By the end of day 2 we had AC running in our house. By day 3 the furnace was working. The whole process took 4-5 days. Keith called us a few times to see how everything was going and if we had any questions and/or concerns. He kept us updated on what was going to happen the next day. Chip and Jack are amazing.
