"Ordered my mattress November 15th 2023. Still have not received my mattress and it is New Year's Eve.... Was supposed to get my mattress within 7 to 10 days... No phone call, so I called the store. Supposedly the mattress is on back order. It would have been nice to get a phone call or a text saying that. Weeks go by and I finally get a phone call saying my mattress should be in that day and they will call me the next day to figure out what time they should deliver... And again, no call back. I have no idea what the hell's going on with the mattress I ordered and when the hell I'll get it... Very irritating. If I would have known my experience with this mattress store would be like this. I would have never ordered in the first place. I would have went somewhere else.... Lesson learned."

"Worst place to purchase a mattress. Employees have no knowledge about mattresses and overcharge. You can get better mattreses at a cheaper price from Walmart delivered to your front door. Why waste your time. Reply to mountaineer mattress: I definitely wasnt undercharged you had to cancel the order we placed the day before because you didnt offer the mattresses you picture online on sale unless we waited 2 weeks and picked it up ourselves. Look at the price of your mattresses up and the price everywhere around you has is a 300.00 cheaper than what your store offers. Better customer service and delivery to the home."
