"So I've had the worst experience with Aaron's in beckley. I've gotten furniture from them before. This particular time 12/6/23 was the worst I ordered furniture back in November 2022 paying on it regularly however this time I got charged an extra 16.56 because the person who set up the payment didn't take it out the first time like she was supposed to. Now please explain in n to me why I should be held accountable for something I thought was already being done ? Apparently the 16.56 for a payment that was supposed to be taken when I set everything up and because it wasn't it became passed due and they automatically took it out from me, Now I ask you how is that my fault or any fair? When I was under the impression everything was good. Don't rent anything from Aaron's but if you do you better read all the fine print because they will stick it to you. Merry freaking christmas!"

"Employees were VERY rude over the phone. Female had an attitude. They over charged my account for random amounts even though my final balance was paid, they wanted 3x the original price without notifying me."

"My dryer went out and I needed one quick. I was able to call Aaron’s and order a new dryer within the hour. They scheduled the delivery and brought it right to my house that very weekend. They dryer works amazing and the price is great. We are able to make payments and enjoy clean, dry clothes every month! I would definitely recommend shopping at Aaron’s."

"I'm so, embarrassed for this company. I know, I'm not the only one who has had problems with them . Seeing by the poor reviews. My neighbor referred me to the company. He has been a customer for over 15 years and never had an issue until today. They did not communicate when the drivers would deliver to my home. I never received any call backs when I had an issue. There was always misinformation between me and the associates . For some reason I could never get a straight forward answer. The drivers made excuses to avoid delivering to my home. I had to wait two weeks for a set.. and then my dryer didn't even work correctly.. mind you I've been without a dryer for a few years. So, i wasn't picky about what I got as long as it worked. But, they made me loose trust in other establishments. And even though I won't get that month or money back. I no longer have to deal with them. Please, save your money and time. It isnt worth it"

"If I could give zero stars I would, I took over payments on my mother's bedroom suit while she was going through a divorce and her husband refused to pay. I contacted the store and had everything switched over to me and gave them my card number to charge my account. Every payment came out every month till June. I assumed it was paid off since no payments had came out 4 months later while I'm at work a Aaron's worker stops by my house and began harassing my mother for a payment or the furniture. My mother calls me I tell them I thought it was paid off no payments has been taken out in 4 months no calls no letters nothing. The manager Josh a real jerk thought he was going to be a smart *** to my mother on the phone while i was on speaker. Not with me I left worked and pulled in to find a illegal truck parked at my house dead tags no company name or DOT number or any identity to who they even were. The worker inside with no id showing who he was, I said no I'm going to pay you this that you all say i owe but it baffles me that all of the sudden no one has my contact information but y'all have my address but y'all had no way to contact me to say hey your payment isn't going through??? But rather show up 4 months later to repo and harass my mother demanding payment who isn't even on your lease and yet can't produce lease info or give me time to find info on what's been paid and not. Now I'm not sure if owed anything at all because Josh says that there is no information with my name attached to the account and all contact information somehow was wiped clean hmm I bet my dang payments went with that to. Definitely won't buy from these people again go to big lots and a+ rentals if your doing lease to own I have bought from Aaron's personally on the same as cash because they were cheaper than some of the other retailers but never a full lease to own agreement. Not ever again! I'll just use Ashley's and Lowe's and pay the extra money to them and haul it myself. I'll be contacting attorney generals office"
