"I give them 1 star because my husband went into the store & was told our delivery date would be today. I called this morning to see what time that would be so we could prepare our livingroom. I was then told there isn't a delivery date. My husband told them we would "pick it up". I know he would never say this because we have absolutely no way of picking up a couch on our own. We have a Fiat & a Subaru. Don't think either of those would fit a couch set. We went ahead & rescheduled for yet another week. The payment went out of our banking account 2 days ago. Quick to get money, but not quick to do service to paying costumers. The way the employees lie straight to our face about what we know we haven't said & gave us bad attitudes as if it was our fault as if we're the ones lying. We have decided to take our business else where & requested for a full payment refund."
