"Last night while I was at my sister's place rent A center employees showed up wanting a payment. It was past dark, It was past business hours and the 2 men were in street clothes, They did not even have a uniform. It was a very unprofessional act showing up at that time and not even in a uniform. Something like this would sketch anybody out, Men coming up asking for card information past business hours and not even in company uniform And could have turned into a deadly situation. Luckily this morning I Called to speak to an employee Laticia And she alleviated my concerns. One thing I do recommend though is to get these men on the road uniforms if they are going to be showing up past business hours at night time, Someone could have been hurt Showing up in street clothes asking for money, very unprofessional But I will still leave an average review out of respect."

"If I could give 1/4 I would. Not sure if the staff is incompetent or illiterate, but they are extremely rude and uneducated from the looks of it. It’s been two months now and I’ve got the run around. I’m trying to get a refund they insisted was refunded and it was not! Even went to up the corporate ladder and to no avail. This place is a complete joke and would tell anyone to stay away from any rent a center!!!"
