"A great new general hardware store in Milton. They have everything the average person needs and is so much more manageable than big box hardware stores. Plus, there are plenty of friendly staff ready to help you find what you're there for. They sell individual hardware pieces so you don't have to buy a package, they rent tools, and they sell cleaning and canning supplies--a little of everything."

"I love that this store is in Milton! I hate having to drive 15 minutes away to get paint or a drill bit. You could go to 84 Lumber in Milton, but that place is disgusting and the people in there are rude. Everyone at general hardware is super friendly and helpful and they have everything! Yes it’s a little more expensive but you’d pay that anyway in gas."

"Decent selection, but majorly overpriced. Family owned which usually is a good thing, isn’t so much in this case. General Manager had a nasty tone when i asked a question, dismissing multiple customers in the short time I was there. About 90% of employees don’t know anything about hardware. Ironically, the older male employee knows nothing but to follow you around the store and make you feel like a Thief. GO TO HARBOR FREIGHT TOOLS RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ENERGY OR MONEY HERE!"

Unless you want that business to do what most businesses do in Milton, which is go under, you better get some people in there, who know something about selling tools and other hardware."
