"Absolutely pitiful company! We began a home project on Veterans Day Weekend 2019 and are STILL waiting on materials/wood pieces to come in as of July 4th 2020. After waiting months for doors/materials to be fabricated, the WRONG doors arrived and no apology was ever given. Incredibly terrible lack of communication and very rude staff. May be the worst company we’ve ever dealt with in West Virginia. A more appropriate company name would be “NON-quality woods”. Whatever you do, DO NOT attempt to work with these people or give them your business. You will regret it and be extremely frustrated...."

"WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company!!! The sales staff has been EXTREMELY rude to myself, my husband, and my contractor after we have received the wrong/lack of materials we had ordered. After MANY attempts to just get the correct and missing materials we ordered it took over two months to receive materials in which we’re at last just dropped off on our front porch unexpectedly...no prior contact was made to us to make sure we was there or anything. (And these were indoor materials)Please take it from me and stay away from this company. We made the mistake of putting our trust in this company. while they have no problem cashing your check they will completely screw your over big time! They have made what should have been the easiest part of our remodeling a nightmare."
