"My grandmother was sold what looks to be either an aftermarket mattress and box springs or simply damaged items. She paid $600, the box springs do not match the mattress and has tears on the top of it. The mattress has over 20 treads coming out of the top and the seams are not even straight. Since the items were in plastic, these issues were not discovered until they were brought home and the plastic was removed. Now they are charging an 83 year old women a 20% fee to return the DAMAGED items that should not have ever been sold to her. Please, if you are looking for quality, integrity, or customer service…. Look somewhere else. This place will only rip you off!"
