"If I could give a negative star rating I would! Absolutely horrible service. Brought 5 screens in to be replaced and a month later all I have is frustration. Was told it would take a day or two because they didn't have anyone in to do the work just then. When I call to inquire they act as if they don't care about customer service and dont understand why I would expect the job to be complete. Apparently taking ten minutes out of their day to do a job is just too difficult. Their excuse? "We're short handed and just don't have time" Not once have they bothered to pick up the phone to contact me regarding the delay. Just today the manager said again they are short handed and didn't even know where my screens are. Absolutely inexcusable. As a customer relations specialist I can say without hesitation I would FIRE the people responsible for this debacle. At this point the only way to make this up to me would be to do the work RIGHT NOW and do it for free! But they won't even consider what is right, only what is convenient for THEM.....which is to sit on their hands and make up excuses. 30 days and flimsy excuses. Disgusting. I will never do business with these people again."
