"Very poor customer service. I called a few days ago and spoke with Carl. I explained I needed to sell some furniture. He asked that I text him the photos and what I wanted as far as price. I promptly sent him photos that same evening. I called the next day and was told he was out of the store and the young lady said she would have him call me back. He never did. I called again the next day and left yet another message for Carl. He never called me back. Apparently this small business doesn’t need the money. They should take a course in customer service because at this point they have failed miserably at it. In the meantime, I was able to sell my furniture and get asking price. Your loss, Monongah Furniture and Carl!"
