"Was told the lament flooring I was sold was very durable, couple months after installed noticed dents forming. Was told to call John and he would take care of it, well I did and he didn’t!., I wouldn’t give 1 star if I didn’t have to do a review. I patiently waited and kept calling for them to help me but all I did was talk to a machine. I wouldn’t make another purchase there at all because reputation and trust along with honesty is everything. Follow up after repair, I added two more stars due to installer Dave who consistently has a great attitude, I must recommend that when buying any type of flooring that you do the research and not take the word of a salesman. I wasn’t told any negatives about the flooring just how great it is, so beware of commission based facts and do your homework."
