"I bought a knockoff Louis Vuitton bag from Kristy the owner and it arrived defective... Received on 3-25 and notified her immediately after opening the box. Shipped back on Monday the 27th but she refused to reimburse me for the return shipping. I said I wanted a full refund and her response was, OK, ty. She Received the defective purse back on 3-29 And still hasn't refunded the money back to me! I even opened a Paypal claim on her which she still hasn't responded to. Everyone Beware!! She has the purse and My money of $117.45. Extremely poor customer service. I would have given zero stars but I didn't get that option."
