I took the VIP membership for $10 a month. I am renting a dresser now, so I kept the membership, just in case. Well our TV went recently and because I kept that VIP service, they picked it up! It couldn’t be fixed and we now have a new television. I only rent what I can spare, but I will ALWAYS keep that membership. Frankie is the manager and goes above and beyond to keep the customers satisfied."
