"Absolutely ridiculous. I called before I went in and asked how much it would be to simply curl my hair because it looked a mess and I wanted it done. The woman on the phone said $15.00. So I went in a couple hours later and a woman sat me down and curled my hair while she was just talking to another girl in another chair about how the girl should cut her hair and highlight it. At the end of it she gave me a total of almost $30.00. Which I wouldn’t have cared to pay if I wasn’t already told $15.00 when I called. I then explained to the woman that I called ahead of time and she said that it is what it is that I had more hair and that she charged me for a prom style. I called after I paid to see if they were corporate owned or locally owned. The woman ignored me and said have a good day so I then asked again. And then I got the response of locally owned. I asked if there was a way to get ahold of her and she said rudely that she would be in at 4. So we will see what happens. Update: the owner is refunding me the other 15. She apologized for the stylists behavior. I changed my one star to a 3 for this reason."

"I went in for a cut/trim , my hair is uneven & left side top is way shorter than right side. It's a hot mess, its all basically uneven , she was told you can't go to short on natural wavy hair. Want be back !!!"

"The experience overall was good. Didn't have to wait to get in on my appointment time. The stylist was a pleasure and did a good job on my hair. However, the price!! Holy cow, $294 for a cut and highlights on hair thats only a little past my shoulders. I'm not one to usually complain about pricing bc I know you get what you pay for in most cases. But almost $300 is a bit excessive. Will not go back to this salon for this reason only."

She listened to what I wanted, talked with me to make sure we were on the same page, and reassured me with her confidence the entire time. She was also extremely fun to talk to.
