"Gave them 2 stars, because they are a wonderful company &’ reasonable lenders. My mom conducts her business with them. I was going to do business with them, but the staff is just aweful now in the Anderson area especially Christyana she is very rude, her attitude is disgusting & the way she talk to people if foul. Heights the actual company is Great. They need a new staff though or I don’t see how they’ll stay in business here."

"Gave them at least two stars because they will finance you fairly easily. But I found the women that work in this office to be rude and condescending. Not very professional. Also there was another gentleman that came in looking to get a loan and when he could not get approved for the amount he asked for he left and they basically laughed at him after he left. Had a decent experience getting alone before, but probably won't look to reuse them in the future"

"Effortless!! Even though I decided to decline the first offer that they presented me, they had a new offer wrote up within the hour. April was very attentive to my requests and made the entire process flow very smoothly. I only spent maybe 25 minutes in the office and that was to sign electronic documents, everything else was done via phone and email. Also, I got to chose between a 12, 18 and 24 month term... No other company will let you choose your term!!! Always do your research and take into consideration the interest rate but this company is so much better than the others."
