"Joined for location and was very disappointed. Very little equipment, so wasn't able to complete my planned workouts. Also experienced rude staff, and wasn't able to use any of the promised "perks" as the sign up kiosk in the gym didn't work and was told there's no other way to sign up. Reached out to the manager multiple times and didn't hear back until I cancelled my membership. May be a decent option for you if you are mostly looking for cardio machines. Otherwise, you'll want to look elsewhere."

"As a Black Card member, I really enjoy working out. The fitness center is close to where I live and I guess you could say it's my home away from home.I can go at my own pace. I really like the benefit of the massage chairs and beds. After a nice workout, I can sign up to a bed or chair and be taken to a different world. The staff and many of the people that come to workout are very nice and helpful. Maybe a steam room, sauna and hot tub could be added at some point. Thanks Planet. I can really start to see a change in my appearance."
