"I had pawned some earrings, I did not receive the same earrings I had pawned. I recently called to say I couldn't come in on the day my pawn was due, but ask if I could come in the next day. I was read the riot act, getting fussed at for not having my slip, which I had, just not on me, and how people not having slips would be charged. When I came to retrieve my pawn, I tried to discuss these issues, and was told they're not listening to my mouth. Not good business practices! Will not be back since I'm apparently not a good customer."

"Polite, very easy to work with and have a wider variety of items than other local brokers. Excellent selection of tools, and tools I have purchased have always worked as they should and prices were very reasonable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the store is somewhat small at their new location, but I am sure with the slowing economy in this area is why they needed a smaller building. I personally think the location is fairly convenient for most. Traffic is typical for the area and visibility while entering and exiting is very good."
