"1 star because it is cute and seems clean. But as far as manicures we won’t be back. My tech lied to me and told me he could do the same type of nail that I asked for (a certain type of healthy gel) and it was definitely not the same product. Then the gel paint job and mess I walked out of there with was not worth the $55 I paid, with cuts on 4 of my fingers, polish not reaching the end of my nails, polish having chipped off my nails not even a week later, my nails were uneven with bubbles and streaks, and the sides are rough to where they are catching my hair. My sister came with me and showed her tech a photo of what she wanted which was coffin shaped ombré from a neutral tan to white, and came out with thick, long and squared nails with half bright pink that hardly faded into the white half instead. She asked for almond shape and was told no, coffin would look better. She asked for neutral designs and was told no. She paid $75. Both of us were told $20-30 less at the beginning than at the end when it came time to pay."
