Hair We Are

"First my appointment had to be changed to someone I did not pick about 6 hours before. Then the stylist did not give me anything close to what I wanted. I asked for a layered flow and showed an example video that showed all sides and was given a mullet. It then took several more tries to get her to cut it down and to make it anywhere acceptable. After all that it was not layered well and uneven all around. My hair is awful and I can not stand to even step outside with how it looks. Update: They have contacted me and have scheduled a new appointment for them to try to help fix it and give me something I like. I got my hair fixed with the original person I scheduled. Even though I ended up with something different than what I wanted but it turned out so much better and I really like it."

There’s no one else I’d rather have touch my hair. We bond through this hair adventure I take , and learn so much from the changes. "this was my first visit and Hair We Are, Shania was my stylist and i will 1000% be back to see her. her customer service was absolutely wonderful. she made me feel comfortable and made sure that i liked my cut (i LOVE it). i also got a little head massage during the wash, that was so great haha i could’ve fallen asleep right there. she gave me a fantastic first experience, i can’t get over how great she was! i will definitely be recommending my friends to her."

"everyone here was VERY friendly but the actual services were awful, after being told by several stylists i could get my goal in one service, i booked one service at this place, asking for white/grey hair, left with INSANELY yellow hair, some spots were white, some where yellow, and some were ORANGE. i had virgin hair so it should all have lifted the same. i followed up and asked them to fix it because i payed over $200, i came in to get it fixed and only ended up getting the orange spot dyed/lifted again. still left the salon with hair yellow and brassy, it looks like i dyed it myself in my bathroom. i gave it two ⭐️⭐️’s because everyone was insanely friendly and nice, i’ve just had my hair done much nicer at a much lower price else where and i should have gone else where"
