"Rating based on three visits for three members of a family. I got my haircut there, never again. Staff made me feel like an inconvenience and the haircut was second rate. I took my twin granddaughters there, two different experiences. One was perfect and the other was subpar. The subpar barber didn’t listen well and didn’t do her job very well. The other hair stylist was ideal, really hope this business properly appreciates her raising the bar and I hope she gets the opportunity to excel in this field if it is what she wants to do. She listened and made my granddaughter feel heard and entertained. She also listened to my wife to ensure she cut the hair as requested. My granddaughter left smiling ear to ear after being helped by this awesome person. I didn’t catch her name, she has long brown hair and lots of great tattoos. If you decide to get your haircut here, see if she can cut your hair, she’s awesome."

"The last 2 times I have gotten my hair cut there, the employees were rude and argumentative. It would be one thing if the hair cut was at least good, but the service I was provided was horrible. The cut was incredibly uneven, with a large patch of hair missing in the middle of my side fringe. I asked multiple times that the part of my short side be fixed and was still left with this. By the end of the cut I was so tired of arguing with her about what I wanted for my hair, that I was worried there wouldn’t be any left. Furthermore I asked for a trim on my bangs. Save yourself, spend the money for a Solon or barber."
