"Grown out some, but different lengths, all different shapes, they were all different thicknesses as well. They were brittle. The base of the nail wasn’t filed. The pinky nail is as big as the others. They were sideways. All for $80. These nails were the reason for the laughs of everyone I came in contact with. Will not return."

"This salon was recommended to me by a friend, since I’m new to the area. I made an appointment for a dip powder fill. I explained I had a tip on my current nails, and I wanted to have a tip this time because they weren’t long enough yet. The tech took over 45 minutes to take the dip powder off. Instead of putting acetone on a piece of cotton and wrapping each nail with aluminum foil, he filled up a bowl with acetone and had me just stick my nails in. He would take them out, try to dremel some off, and tell me ‘ok one final time in the bowl’ about 15 times. A service that should have only taken maybe an hour, took over 2. I had to ask him to redo a tip because the one he put on was falling off and it glued properly. My nails came out bumpy, the acrylic was all over my hands- never even asked if I could go wash my hands or offer to take it off. He said ‘that should come off once you wash your hands at home’ I was flabbergasted. Then he used the buffer on one of my nails and it ended up burning my skin, he continued after I pulled it away. The icing on the cake was him charging my card $45 too much. I paid $80 to have acrylic stick to my skin, skin burned by a buffer, and bumpy REALLY unprofessional looking nails. I’ve been getting dip powder for over 7 years and never have I had such a terrible experience. This is not a case of ‘you get what you pay for’, because my 8 year old could have done a better job. I will never return to this establishment. It’s an embarrassment."
