"I had a horrible experience at this location. I don't know if it was because I had a gift certificate and they already had their money creating a lack of work ethics, or if they are routinely perform shoddy work while being rude and dismissive to my concerns. I had to look for a copy of the price list for services to avoid being WAY overcharged. I asked for a set of short, polished, round, acrylic nails and a pedicure with polish. If I hadn't been paying attention, I was going to be charged $30 for gel treatment on both hands and feet and $5 extra for asking for rounded shape. My nails were not the same size or shape. I had to try to shape them as best as I could while being rushed because obviously if you are not happy with the service, they aren't going to fix it, and they need to move you on through quickly. Satisfied or not When getting my pedicure, the water was cold. I googled to see if that was the new normal, but it was just another example of their indifference. I also had to listen to a verbal altercation between employees during my cold pedicure. I was asked to choose a color which I did but then pedicure said they didn't have that color so I chose another but then nail lady comes over with first choice. I suggested changing toenails so I could have my color matching , but no, their mistake but it would have been extra charge. I hope my experience was an isolated incident, but if not, I hope that I can find a salon that can give a relaxing, enjoyable, fun experience with gorgeous nails that make me feel good."

"Only been here once, but these are the best nails I've gotten in a long time. Staff is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. They were super busy when I was there but still did a quick yet efficient job. Very pleased and will return"
