Waffle House

"It's a Waffle House. Not luxury dining. However, there is still atmosphere. It could be friendly or hostile, among others. This one was very busy, very friendly and ALL team members were working their butts off to make sure the service was great and the food was hot."

"The food was honestly really good. But the waitress we had Vickie seemed like she was not giving her best customer service and was rather rude when we were ordering. Maybe it’s because we are teenagers and she thought we would be rude. My girlfriend got gravy on her hashbrowns but she didn’t get any. She handed us our check before my girlfriend bit into her texas bacon cheesesteak melt. We tried to get her attention several times but she didn’t look over so I gave her some gravy off my biscuits. We asked her to take the gravy off because she didn’t get any and she had an attitude. She took off the 50 cents for the gravy and continued doing her job. It wasn’t a bad meal but the customer service was pretty awful."

"Me (male 76) have stopped at this waffle house about 8 times in the last 2 years. Stopped there at 1215 AM December 8th for a coffee and for one to go. The lady waitress told me I couldn't have a coffee there only to go. I paid my $2.25 and set in my pickup. They don't have to worry about me stopping there again."

"The Dublin Waffle House is downright DUSGUSTING! Garbage all over the place, tables not cleaned off, no place to sit. At will they decide for who knows why decide to cook to go orders only! Besides having drunks sitting in the garbage strewn parking lot puking out of their car doors, and waitstaff men who identify as “ma’am” the place is absolutely FILTHY and it seems the weekend waitstaff is lazy! The board of health needs to be called on this place along w a few others. And I think I will do just that. Food all over, napkins on the floor, people hiding in the back doing nothing, chairs blocking off the dining area so you cannot sit down. We used to come to Waffle House because they were open 24 hrs but evidently they’ve changed their hours without notifying the customer. That’s ok I’m sure another business will be more than willing to courteously take our business, serve good clean food at a clean table without being told quite rudely they are only taking to go orders"

"Will be back again! The steak sandwich meal is the unsung hero and the staff are awesome! Made the trip worth it!"
