"Absolutely ruined my daughter's hair and it has mentally destroyed her. She has cried hysterically for 2 days straight. She was supposed to start back to public school today so I brought her in to get curtain bangs yesterday, showed reference picture showed the stylist pointing and saying she wanting her bangs no shorter than about half inch below her eyebrows. The first thing he did was chop them way above them wgike wt. Brought her back in those mornibg after being told by Suzie they'd do their best to try to make it look better, saw Kevin the manager and he tried to even out the weird shirt layers he put in. Didn't even offer a refund. I'm not one to complain but she is 12 and I don't understand why he didn't listen to anything we said. I feel like the could have offered to do her color or something knowing how bad it is. A n d knowing she's going to be bleaching and coloring her hair. This is so frustrating and I could have never imagined it turning out as bad as it did."

"ive had great experiences here in the past, but ive been trying to get my hair cut for the past two weeks, and everytime i come in the wait is an hour and a half or more, they have all of 2 people working with 5 people waiting, they put my name and number down and then never call me. great place if you enjoy having your time wasted i suppose, bad if you want to get your hair cut."

"Great experience. I didn't have a long wait. My stylist was wonderful. He foiled my extremely long hair super fast..For a cut and highlight it was very affordable. I found out they only make min wage so tip well if you can."
