"Asked for caramel highlights. Instead of being bronze like every other person on their page, they were neon yellow. Also I said no front chunks, and I got front chunks. Took 5 hours for a cut and highlights, and my kids to get washes and cuts. 2 kids. Then I left, left a $20 tip to a $205 bill. The appts after me, had to wait an over an hour, bc she was still working on me. I left thinking i'd get used to it. I didn't, but wouldn't have mentioned it, bc I am easy to get along with, HOWEVER, I messaged her and asked what would happen if I box dyed over my hair. (not now, or later, didn't say when). That's all I said. Didn't ask her to fix it or anything. Because I didn't like it, and yes it was worth wasting the $130 for a box dye, to not have skunk stripes, but I didn't say any of that. I went back after I didn't get a reply, and told them it was unprofessional for them to not even answer me, and that they had no problem answering me when i wanted to book an appt, and I couldn't even send that because she had already blocked me. So I was in there, got my hair done, sent her a message 6 days later, she read it and blocked me. I went back 4 days after sending, to send another one, and I was already blocked. When confronted, she said they didn't have time and don't go on my time, all I had to do was wait on someone to get back to me . Ok...but 6 days later there is no reply, and I am blocked...so what am I waiting for? Also, bc I say she blocked me for no reason, she is judging my parenting skills, saying it was because I was rude to my kids (bc I told them not to fight over a cell, not to spin chairs, and not to be loud). No I don't let my kids act like idiots in public. They were actually good, and Ashley even said so. So Carol being a non parent, accused me of being mean to my kids, and THEN said that is why she blocked me....even though Thursday when I sent the message, I wasn't unblocked and that was 6 days AFTER I got my hair done in her salon. Said I was disrespectful IN her salon, when I was there 4 hours before she arrived, and did absolutely nothing, besides be nice and courteous and out of respect for them, made my kids listen. And that's why she blocked me AFTER I sent her the message. Lies and excuses. Less than one star if I could rate it ZERO. We all make mistakes, and that's why I wouldn't have said anything about my hair....perhaps I wasn't clear enough, even though I showed them the color of another customer, and told them no chunks, however, how you own up to your actions, and move out of that mistake makes all the difference in the world to me. Would rate zero star if I could...not on services, but on professionalism and caring for your customers. Services 3.5 stars."
