"i asked for oval nails and she cut them to short, with the shape of my natural nail they needed to be longer so they wouldnt be wonky, she cut my finger and as far as i know, didnt do anything about it, as she didnt tell me she cut it and i didnt know it was cut until it started burning under the UV. she was also on the phone while doing my nails, it was a personal call, not a work one."
"The man working did my nails and I haven’t had them done in many years. He jerks my hands around many times like I am a small child being disciplined. Well in my opinion, he needs to recognize that his attitude sucks! He asked if I wanted short and I was afraid to answer because I didn’t know what his definition of short is. He said he could trim later. Then later when I wanted them trimmed, and they were thick as bifocals, he proceeds to school me as an ignorant child. He was so unprofessional and rude!!! I would never recommend!!! I. The end, they looked fine and I left a decent tip, but I would never recommend them, EVER!!!"
"i got exactly what i wanted but my nails were a little wonky. they weren’t filed down evenly and some of the fade went too low or too high in places. the guy that did them was a little rougher than usual."
